Main Shipping Terms
- All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page or communicated.
- Free Expedited shipping on orders of $60 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping) in Canada excluding remote locations (see remote locations for more info)
- Orders below $60 CAD are subject to a $9.50 Expedited shipping fee.
- $12.50 Expedited shipping is available in Canada, excluding remote locations.
- Free Expedited shipping to the United States for orders over $150 CAD. US Orders below $150 CAD are subject to a $14.50 shipping fee*.
Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
Currently, Purepharmacy.com offers shipping only in Canada and the U.S. We plan to expand our service to more areas in the future. Stay tune!

Purepharmacy.com provides two shipping options – Expedited Shipping & Express Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Expedited shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-3 business days of processing time before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
Our standard Expedited Shipping is free in Canada (excluding remote locations) when your order value is over $60. Expedited Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods and a tracking number will be provided. Items should arrive at your door anywhere between 2 to 9 business days (excluding remote locations). Orders below $60 are subject to a $8.50 shipping fee.
Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada and the United states (excluding remote locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving Pure Pharmacy, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible. Priority Shipping will delivery your package and a tracking number will be provided. Items should arrive at your door the next business day up to 2 business days (excluding remote locations)
Remote Locations excluded from Free Shipping*
Most remote locations are locations that Canada Post refers to as “Air Stage Locations” – locations where mail must be airlifted more than 6 months of the year. Click here for a full list of postal codes ineligible for free economy shipping*. PurePharamcy.com charges the following shipping charges on orders to remote locations:
- $20 shipping for orders under $99.99
- $40 shipping for orders between $100 and $199.99
- $100 shipping for orders between $200 and $499.99
- $140 shipping for orders between $500 and $699.99
- $200 shipping for orders between $700 and $999.99
- $250 shipping for orders of $1000+
Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the subtotal of the order or a $10 minimum for orders with a subtotal less than $100 (no cancellations will be accepted after an order has been shipped)

Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a warranty issue or a general complaint with a product, you may want to try calling the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
If you would like to make a return request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your “Order Confirmation”). All returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received, and be accompanied by a return authorization code. No collect shipments will be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on opened merchandise. We do not accept returns on all probiotic products.
