Shipping Rates

Our basic shipping services are Canada Post Expedited (Canada), Tracked Packet (US), and Tracked Packet International (all other countries).

These are covered by our free shipping offer (see above); for an additional fee, we also offer several express options. See the full list of applicable services at checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over:
    Canada (urban/remote/rural regions) = 65$
    USA = 150$
    International = 300$

    All orders with totals below these minimums are subject to a shipping fee.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout; at this time, we do not apply automatic discounts

Customer Appreciation Day is the last Wednesday of every month: sign up for our bi-monthly newsletter to receive the discount code

Fulfillment Times

Orders for Feel Amazing,

Ferapro/Bob's Formulas, and Menopause Chicks Moisturizer ship the business day after the order is placed, or after the consult is completed in the case of Ferapro and Bob's iron.

All other orders (including pickup orders) may be subject to processing times of up to 10 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Times

All times quoted in regards to shipping are rough estimates only.

We ship from BC Canada: all international orders may be subject to additional delays or fees in customs, INCLUDING orders from the US.

If [product] is in stock online is it also in stock at my pharmacy?

The website only reflects product availability for the Online store: to find out if a product is available in your local Pure Pharmacy, please call them directly to ask.

How do pickups work?

Please wait for the last email before calling the pickup location to ask about your order, so our couriers have time to deliver it.

Pickup orders are all fulfilled from Pure's Online department, located in Downtown Vancouver: we put the order together and ship it out to the stores via Numode (our local store-to-store courier service) or Canada Post, depending on region.

You'll get an email when you first place an order to serve as a receipt, another when we box everything up, and a final one to let you know when to come pick up your order.

If you can't pick your order up right right away, that's okay! We'll keep your order ready for up to 30 days. Store staff will call or email you with a reminder after a week has passed; after 30 days the box is sent back to Online and the purchase is refunded.

Do you accept returns for online purchases?

Please note that, with the exception of Bob's Formulas, FERAPRO, and Feel Amazing, we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell.

If you have a question regarding the product or have any other product related concerns, please contact the manufacturer at the phone number on the packaging. If you would like to make a return request, please email pureonline@purepharmacy.com with your order number (as quoted in the subject line of your “Order Confirmation”).

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on opened merchandise.

Certain items, such as probiotics, perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, gift cards or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

No cancellations will be accepted after an order has been shipped.

Can I edit my order?

If we haven't generated a label for your order yet, yes!

Can I get advice about an item I ordered?

Absolutely! You can email or phone any of our physical locations during opening hours to reach a pharmacist or natural health advisor, or submit a question on our contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

What does it mean to be called an integrative pharmacy?

The goal of our integrative pharmacy is to integrate the best of all evidence-based modalities of medicine in a way that optimizes the health and wellness of our clients. This means, in addition to pharmaceutical medications, that we also look at supplements, nutrition, lifestyle measures, and more, in developing a unique care plan for our clients.

We believe that this multi-faceted approach lays the foundation for not just treating illness, but for preventing future illness as well.

What makes Pure Integrative Pharmacy different from other pharmacies?

We do so much more than just dispense medications. We aspire to be a hub of health and we strive to offer a boutique pharmacy experience to all of our clients.

How can clients get the most out of a consultation with a Pure Pharmacist?

To get the most out of your consultation with a pharmacist, it’s important to give the pharmacist a detailed list of your current medications, which includes prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and supplements. It’s helpful to have a record of recent medical documents such as lab work, which are oftentimes important in tracking the safety and effectiveness of your medications.
